1) The Junior Boys basketball page has been updated with schedule and pictures. Check it out!
2) Rugby Training has started and the Senior Game Schedule has been released. Please see the rugby page for more information.
 
 
Sardis Basketball Finds success at the Sardis Shoot Out Tournament.  Sardis Boys and Girls both placed third.  Jr Boys basketball won all their games in the Abbotsford Collegiate Tournament.  Great Start for the Sardis Squads.

There are a number of other activities happening around athletics to be involved in. 
1) Speed training is happening every week, for those athletes interested in increasing their speed, as well as their mechanics-check out the Track and Field page for more information or see Mr. Geary 
2) For Students interested in conditiong-Mrs Fitzs is running Cross Fit days after school-contact her for more information
3) Rugby is getting together for some practices-talk to Sutcliffe or Purych
4) Tennis club is running, and we are looking forward to having a tennis team this spring.  Contact Massie if you want to get involved
 
 
Cross Country ended strong with 28 athletes travelling to Kelowna for provincials.

Volleyball has ended for the school season, but look for Club volleyball information on the volleyball homepage.  

Sardis Shoot Out in the East basketball tournament is happening December 1-3
16 teams (8 boys & 8 girls) from across BC will be competing in the gym from 8am-8pm Thursday-Saturday
 
 
Senior Girls Volleyball host their final game of the season-Monday November 7th.  Sardis plays Walnut Grove @ 730pm.

Junior Girls Volleyball has their first playoff match vs. Unity-Tuesday, 330pm @ Sardis.

Boys Soccer Qualifies for Fraservalleys!

Basketball is also getting started, so make sure you get into the gym and check out the whiteboard for information on tryout dates and times.

The Weightroom will also be open after school on specific days-come in and check the board for the days

Attention all rugby players. We have a few spots left for the California tour. Last chance for grade 11 and 12 students to pay the deposit is next Thursday September 29th before school.

On Thursday September 29th, we will have a meeting at lunch in Mr. Sutcliffe's Portable #1 with all boys interested in playing grade 10 rugby in the Spring. We will talk about remaining spots in the tour and other things. See you there!
 
 
University bound athletes need to plan in advance.  We will be holding sessions to sign up student athletes interested in pursuing scholarships in Canada & the USA.  

There are many steps to become eligible for scholarships, you will be required to be at the first session in order to continue each step in the process.  

First session: Thursday Sept 29 @ 245-345 in Mr. Watts room-Athletes interested in NCAA

Thursday Oct 6 @ 5pm: SAT sign up (this is the last day to sign up for the OCT SAT writing)

Wednesday Oct 19 @ 4pm NCAA application process
